CinciClassic has been extremely fortunate in previous years to have generous sponsors. Without their help, CinciClassic wouldn’t be able to offer the kind of show we deliver for free. This year, we’re looking to give a little more for our sponsors in exchange to help defray our costs.
There are two tiers for sponsorship:
Gold Sponsorship
- 2 Vendor tables.
- A listing in the Gold Sponsors listing on the site.
- 2 campaigns of 500 banner impressions each, or 1 campaign of 1000 banner impressions on the site
- A logo on the reverse of the CinciClassic T-Shirt
Gold Sponsorship is $100.
Silver Sponsorship
- 1 Vendor table
- A listing in the Silver Sponsors listing on the site.
- 2 campaigns of 250 banner impressions each, or 1 campaign of 500 banner impressions on the site.
- A logo on the reverse of the CinciClassic T-Shirt
Silver Sponsorship is $50.
Logos and banners
T-shirt logos: Please send a camera-ready image of your logo as soon as possible. Two-tone logos are preferred, but we may be able to swing more colors as needed.
Banners: Banners are 468 x 60 IMU. We can accomidate half-banners (234 x 60), but we will resize any image that is larger than 468 pixels across, or larger than 60 pixels deep. Please send only JPG or PNG images (GIF files will be converted to PNG files).
This price also includes electricity on-site (please remember your extension cords!), and Wi-Fi access at the show. Each spot is available on a first-come, first served basis. We respectfully ask you to keep the number of tables purchased down to three, as this will allow others an opportunity to exhibit at the show.
